....men discovered fire years ago (the art of smoking meats has been around for generations) - let's fast forward to times better known to us like the present.
An active, relaxing, and fun time outdoors, isn't that what we all need?  How much satisfaction would you get from building your own garden bench, a pond or such constructions as a grill and smoker or even a bread oven?
Those who have tried know.
Smoking or grilling meat really does not differ much, both processes are created and completed with heat.  Smoking is just a longer process than grilling in a lower temperature which gives off an aroma and taste which is very specific, unachievable by grilling.
Grilling or smoking isn't just for meat products, you can also do the same with other foods - which you can find recepies for on this site.
